Oral Presentation
The official language is English.
Each oral presenter is allocated
15 minutes
for their presentation and 3 minutes for Q&A. The Q&A process will be decided by the session moderator.
All the presenters are required to use the laptops provided by the organizer for presentation. If using a PowerPoint presentation, please save the file in USB and upload it to the conference laptop in the meeting room. Our staff will assist you to save your file. We highly recommend you to bring two copies of your file or as a backup.
Please use standard font and the Windows Operating System only.
Screen resolution of the PC in the session room is set to XGA (1024x768) (16:9). Please set your presentation file at the same resolution.
If your presentation contains linked audio or movie files, please save the files in the same folder.
Please arrive in the session room no less than 15 minutes before the beginning of your session.
Please save your presentation slides during the coffee break or lunch time.
Poster Presentation
The official language is English.
The poster board in portrait format is reserved for each poster.
Authors are requested to prepare and assemble their posters in standard A1 size portrait (594mm x 841 mm) in advance.
The presenting author has to present the work in front of the poster during the poster session.
If the poster is not removed before 16:30 on Oct. 12, the staff will remove it but will not keep it.
Schedule:
Assembling Date/Time: Before 10:30, Oct 12.
Presenting Date/Time: 11:00-12:30, Oct. 12.
Removal Date/Time: 12:30-16:30, Oct. 12.
